This week, we up the ante a bit on our Deadlifts and Presses. Additionally, we have some squat strength before class and as rent. On Saturday, we’ll honor Eva Mireles, the teacher who was slain as she protected her 4th graders in Uvalde with the workout “Eva Strong.” It’s going to be a great week!
