Welcome to Week 2 of the MidSummer Cycle! We have 31 Heroes this Saturday, August 6, to honor the 30 servicemen and 1 K-9 that were lost on August 6, 2011 when their Chinook helicopter (Extortion 17) was downed over Afghanistan. The workout is free to participate. Those wishing to contribute, please donate at 31heroes.org. We’ll run our standard class schedule (8:30am and 10:00 am) that day. Feel free to bring a friend!
Additionally, we’ve added in some optional “weakness” tracks for folks, including aerobic threshold training, gymnastics, and a squat cycle. Check SugarWOD for more information. Be sure to add in additional recovery, mobility, and rest protocols with any additional pieces you add in throughout the week.
