Welcome to our second week of Murph Prep! We had a great seminar with Sam & Jenn Dancer this weekend. We learned a lot about simple steps we can take to make ourselves better every day. This week, we’ve started incorporating some of the things we learned as accessory work at the beginning of class.
We’re kicking off our second Olympic Weightlifting cycle of 2022 on Friday, May 13 at 5:00pm! This class will replace the 5:15pm CrossFit class on Fridays through July 1. We’ll host a mock Oly meet on July 1 so you can put your hard work to the test!
