Week 2 of our Early Spring cycle is here. Today, we’ll continue building our Bench Press up, this time we’ll superset with one-arm strict press. We’ve got a fun twist on the benchmark workout “Amanda” on Tuesday with Bar Muscle Ups instead of RMU.
There’s a 40-minute EMOM scheduled for Wednesday to help build our endurance and stamina. Thursday, we’re looking at Front Squats coupled with a fun .com workout. We’ve got a great week this week! See you at the gym 🙂
