Welcome to Week 1 of our Early Spring Cycle. We’ll focus on general strength, as well as getting ready for Murph, for the next ~8 weeks. Look for strength as a standalone (like Wednesday’s Bench Press session) as well as incorporated as a heavier lift into metcons (like today’s back squat/running piece).
We’re upping the ante a bit on running, pull-ups, and push-ups heading into Murph– look for that to build as we get closer to Memorial Day.
Don’t forget that Olympic Lifting is running Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm! If you’d like to do a machine-based endurance workout during that time instead, you’re more than welcome! We’ll have an endurance workout programmed each of those days that you can choose from. Feel free to pepper in those workouts any other time during the week as well!
