We are down to our last 3.5 weeks before the CrossFit Open starts! If you haven’t registered yet, head to games.crossfit.com to sign up! We’ll run the Open workout as the Workout of the Day on Fridays, along with our Friday Night Lights festivities in the evenings from March 1-March 15. We’ll have a big party at the end to celebrate another great year of the Open.
This week, the intensity is front-loaded a bit to allow for a little bit of tapering for our Swolemate athletes as well as a little bit of a deload for everyone before we head in hot to the last few weeks before the Open. Athletes participating in the Swolemate Showdown should consider taking Friday off, or coming in for a little light cardio and stretching.
Friendly reminder that on Saturday, formal classes are cancelled. If you have off-hours access, feel free to come in and complete the workout on the board (or whatever you like) that day, and then come cheer us on!
