Welcome to Open Prep Week 4! This week, we launch our 75-minute “Competitive Edge” class at 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We’ll run the daily workout and then have an optional skill and/or strength session immediately following. This class is perfect for folks interested in competing in the Sport of CrossFit. It’s also great for athletes who are simply interested in building the strength or coordination required for higher-skill movements. All CFC members are welcome!
We’ll post the Competitive Edge pieces in SugarWOD if you’d like to do them outside of class if you can’t make the 4pm class on MWF.
As we get closer to the Open, expect to see movements that frequently show up in the Open (Burpees, Thrusters, OHS, Snatches, TTB, C2B, etc) more often in WODs. Let’s get after it!
