Fall Fitness Week 6 is here! We are approaching the end of our Back Squat cycle, and the retest of the CrossFit Total. We will retest the Total on December 19.
Make sure that you sign up for the 12 Days of Fitness Challenge! All you have to do is show up to class and do the WOD (Open Gym counts as well, but you must do the WOD), and post your score in SugarWOD. If you need the SugarWOD code, ask a coach!
