We’re down to the penultimate week of our Fall Fitness cycle! We’ve got some challenging rep schemes in our Back Squat this week, but do your best to safely hold to the percentages. You’ve put a ton of work in up to this point on those Back Squats!
We retest the CrossFit Total next Tuesday!!
Saturday is our Holiday Party at 6pm– please let us know if you’re coming so we can be sure to order enough food.
Saturday is also the day we’re offering InBody scans. They’re $25 for members and $35 for non-members.
