Welcome to Week 3 of Fall Fitness! We have a great week planned ahead with Back Squats on Monday and Friday, a fun chipper with increasingly difficult gymnastics skills on Tuesday, and a partner WOD to finish out the week on Saturday.
We hope you can join us for Friendsgiving, immediately following the 8:30am workout on Saturday, with your favorite Thanksgiving side! Dodgeball participation is optional, the theme is Dodgeball (the movie!). See you at the gym!
