We are in our 4th week of Spooky SZN!
Be sure to come to the end of summer/welcome fall bonfire & potluck on Friday (Oct 6) and 5:30. We’ll provide the protein main dish; bring your favorite side or dessert!
We’re working toward a max out of our 1RM Front Squat on 10/30, so be sure to get your squats in each week. We’re working on this cycle to prepare us for our Back Squat cycle that starts right after we finish up front squats.
We’ve got a fun set of dueling AMRAPs on Tuesday this week, some midline work with V-Ups and midweek, and a fun Oly focus on Friday with Cleans and Split Jerks.
