Spooky SZN Week 5 is here! We will test our 1RM Front Squat the day before Halloween. That means we have a couple of more weeks of this progression before we test. This week, we drop the reps down and increase our percentage for our Front Squats. We’ll be squatting sets of 6 at 80%.
We have a dedicated heavy day on Thursday, and some high-skill, heavy-ish work on Friday. A nice sweaty Saturday will cap us off!
