Welcome to Week 6 of Spooky SZN! We’ve got one more week of Front Squats (after this week) and then we’ll retest it! We will retest our 1RM Front Squat on Monday, Oct 30.
This week, we’ll do some deadlifts, pressing, front squats, and overhead squats as traditional strength work. We’ve got a couple of sprint workouts this week, including the classic benchmark “Jackie” on Friday. Let’s get it!!
