Summer is almost here!! The unofficial start was this past Monday, Memorial Day. We’re starting our Summer Swolestice challenge this week– be sure to sign up at the gym! It’s $40 for members and includes a shirt 🙂
We’re starting a new squat cycle this week– we’ll establish a 5-rep max front squat on Tuesday, and start squat waves on Thursday. If you missed the 5RM back squat last week, either make it up on your own, or use the time during Thursday’s squats to establish a 5RM.
