Please join us on Monday, May 29 as we do “Murph” to honor the fallen. Heats will begin at 0830 (first available heat is at about 9:20, but we might be able to sneak you in earlier if absolutely necessary). All of our other classes are canceled on Monday. The rest of the week will start off a bit lighter on intensity and build as the week goes and we recover.
Be sure to come on Friday; we’ll be doing a 5RM back squat that will be important for the upcoming strength cycle that starts next week.
