Welcome to the final week of our Early Spring Cycle! This week, we’ll retest our Hang Squat Cleans, establish a new 3RM deadlift, and on Saturday, a new 1RM Bench Press (that one’s optional 🙂 ).
Next week, we start Murph prep. Look for higher-volume squats, some more running, and plenty of push ups & pull-ups.
