We’ve made it to May! That means Murph Prep begins. Expect to see plenty of pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats, along with running. We’ll be building in volume as we approach Murph to ensure that we’re ready to tackle whatever version suits us.
Remember that the purpose of Murph is to honor the fallen, to challenge ourselves, but not to hurt ourselves or do too much volume too quickly. There’s a version that will work for everyone.
