We are in Week 6 of our Fall Cycle! Most importantly, we have our holiday party this Saturday at 6pm 🙂 Come dressed up in an outfit from your favorite decade, bring a White Elephant gift ($20 limit, totally optional), and a dessert/drink to share!
The squats are bumping up in intensity with a maximum of 85% this week. The sets drop to 3 front squats/ 6 back squats.
If you haven’t completed your 1 mi or 400m running time trials, please do so! We’ll compare the two times and come up with personalized training recommendations based on your rate of fatigue (slowing) between the two efforts. We’ll also provide estimated easy/moderate/fast paces that you can use in workouts. This is valuable information as you develop as an athlete.
