Welcome to Fall Cycle Week 7! We’re up to 90% on our squats– it’s going to get heavy! As such, we’ll be focusing on squats and a little accessory work on Monday, and keeping it relatively light on Thursday after our 84% session. We’re down to the last few weeks of heavy squats before we max out! Keep up the great work and hang in there 🙂
We’ll start focusing a little more on Open-style workouts and movements that appear often in the Open to set you up for your best year yet!
