Welcome to Week 5 of our Fall Cycle! We’re up to 80% on our Arnold Squat Program this week. Next week, the reps drop again and the percentages climb. We’re testing our 400m sprint time on Tuesday– if you miss it, be sure to make it up! We’ll compare your 400m times to our 1mi times to provide you with some valuable information on your rate of fatigue, paces, and what your training focus should be (speed/power vs endurance). It will be completely personalized based on your data.
