Welcome to Week 3 of our Fall Cycle. This week, we’re finishing up the 7/13 scheme for the Arnold Squat program. Look for the reps to go down and % to go up next week. We’re also going to run a 1 mile test on Thursday. If you miss that test, do try to make it up as we’ll be providing a personalized athlete assessment based on your 1mi time vs your 400m time.
