Welcome to Week 4 of Spooky SZN! We’ve got some fun workouts ahead of us this week, as well as some Deadlift and Front Squat strength work. Wednesday features a solid cardio session that allows you to break it up however you like 🙂
Olympic Lifting class starts on Friday (10/7). That class will start at 5:00pm (instruction starts at 5:05pm), and will replace the 5:15pm CrossFit class on Fridays only until 11/11. Coach Shannon Hernandez (USAW, L2) will coach the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Come lift with us; all levels are welcome!
