Yes, it may be a little goofy, but rolls off the tongue better than Late Summer/Early Fall Cycle 🙂 This cycle, we’ll focus on strict strength so we can form a strong base for higher-skill movements like BMU/RMU, HSPU, etc. Look for a focus on strict pull-ups, dips, and presses. We’ll also include at least one heavy high-CNS lift a week (think Deadlifts & Squats). We’ll also put a focus on building a strong aerobic base as we move toward CrossFit Open season at the beginning of next year.
