Welcome to Week 3 of Open Prep! We continue to work on our skills while we maintain our strength gains from the squat cycle. Be sure to do the “rent” when you can to help prepare yourself as much as possible! We’re running a normal schedule on MLK Day.
CrossFit Kids starts back up again on Tuesday, January 17 for kids 2nd-5th grade. It will run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:15pm from Jan 17- Mar 23. There’s still time to sign up!
