Welcome to Open Prep Season!
The CrossFit Open starts February 24. We’re going to spend the next 7-ish weeks getting ourselves primed to take on this annual test. We’ll have fun with the Open this year, and encourage participation by all athletes (whether you register officially or not :))
We’re going to spend the next 7 weeks honing our skills, priming our aerobic engines, and perfecting movements that often appear in the Open.
We also launch the Oly class this Tuesday Jan 4 for 6 weeks! Let’s get after it!
