Welcome to Week 5 of our Open Prep cycle! The Open starts in less than 1 month. You’ve all been CRUSHING it in these workouts– let’s keep up the great work this week!
If you haven’t already, be sure to sign up for the Open. Just write your name on the whiteboard and we’ll throw you on a team. Official registration is encouraged but not required to participate at the gym– register at games.crossfit.com.
This week, we’re including a day to work on whatever common movement may dog you (your “goat”) in a practice-paced workout on Thursday. We’re upping the ante a bit on double-unders to get some more repetitions of practice in there.
Remember that rest and recovery are just as important as hitting it hard in the gym– do your best to incorporate a rest day or two in your schedule each week 🙂
