We’ve got Overhead Squats on Monday, Open workout 24.1 on Wednesday, and a fun little complex mid-workout on Friday.
If you have (or know of) a middle school-aged kid who wants to do CrossFit, we’re starting a kids class on Feb 4. It’ll run Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:15pm until March 27.
