Welcome to Open Prep Week 1!
There are 7 weeks until the 2025 CrossFit Open. In these next 7 weeks, our focus will be on building strength and building our engines. Look for an Open-style workout once a week, along with some slow lifts for strength and olympic lifts for power output. We’ll also do some lifting under fatigue as the Open often makes you earn your max lifts!
We’ll also be making sure that those of you doing the Swolemate Showdown on February 8 are ready for that!
