Welcome to our MidSummer Cycle! We’ll focus on squat cleans and front squats (we’re testing Monday to establish a baseline 1RM, we’ll test in a few weeks to see where we’re at!).
We will test our 3RM Front Squat next week.
Look for a fun interval workout on Tuesday, a heavy day on Thursday with squats and some dips, and some grunt work on Friday. Saturday, we have a fun chipper partner WOD from CAP. See you at the gym!
