This week, we’re maxing out our 3RM Front Squat on Tuesday. We’ll retest the benchmark Open workout 21.1 with wall walks and double unders. We’ll do our squat clean percentage work on Thursday, and then we have the big hero workout 31 Heroes on Saturday.
