Welcome to Week 3! We’re entering into our prep for the CrossFit Total, which we will test just after Labor Day. The total is a a 1RM Back Squat, 1RM Deadlift, and 1RM Strict Press. Expect to see some more deadlifting and pressing, and at least a session a week of heavy or tempo squats so we can hang on to our top end squat strength. We’ll continue working on squat cleans throughout this cycle.
