We’re in our 3rd week of Murph Prep! We’ve got one more full week of prep before the big day. This week, we’ll do crowd-favorite “The Chief” with Power Cleans, Push Ups, & Air Squats. We’ve also got an extra-spicy version of “Helen” on Tuesday.
Those of you who are planning to do Murph in a weight vest should plan to wear a vest on Saturday (at least for part of the workout).
