Welcome to MidSummer! Our MidSummer Cycle is 6 weeks and will run from this week until Labor Day weekend. This cycle, we’ll focus on Squat Cleans and building general strength with alternating 5×5 lifts. For each of the 6 weeks, we’ll also have a Hero WOD (some solo, some partner), honoring fallen heroes. Get ready to work hard, have fun, and get better 🙂
