Open Prep Week 3 is here!
This week, we focus on high heart rate movements paired with high-skill gymnastics. Focus on your breathing this week, and remember your midline. Work to keep your breath under control so you can maintain that midline during your RMU, HSPU, wall walks, rope climbs, etc.
