Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Open this year! We had an absolute blast and saw so many PRs and hard efforts. This week, we start our new cycle, which will be a little more strength-biased than Open Prep. We will also bias toward strict strength that will help our performance in gymnastics.
Look for Thursdays to have a more endurance-focused approach, which will complement Saturday’s Endurance WOD quite nicely.
