Welcome to Week 6 of Open Prep! We will have classes at 6am, 9am (with childcare), and 4pm ONLY on Monday, Feb 17 in observance of President’s Day.
This week, the focus is on barbell cycling, a key skill to that will make us fitter AND better at Open-style workouts.
Reminder that the Endurance Class continues this Saturday at 9:45am, and that immediately following that class this week, we have Trivia Brunch!!
