Welcome to Week 2 of our Open Prep Cycle. Friendly reminder that we are offering a 9am and 4pm class ONLY on January 20 in observance of MLK Day.
This cycle, we will focus on back squats and deadlifts to maintain our top-end strength, and incorporate full (squat) cleans, overhead squats, and snatches to develop explosive power, strength, and coordination. In addition to building our engines, we will focus on cycling gymnastics movements and barbells as we approach the CrossFit Open (Feb 27 is the first day!). This will be a fun cycle that will culminate in a great test of your overall fitness.
