Welcome to CrossFit Total Retest Week! We’ll test the Total (1 Rep Max Back Squat, Strict Press, and Deadlift) on Monday.
We’ve got a fun little EMOM with the sled on Tuesday, a primer for the “Longest Mile” workout on Wednesday, a gymnastics pyramid chipper on Thursday, and the benchmark workout “Air Force” on Friday.
