Welcome to Thanksgiving Week and Week 4 of our Fall Cycle! We have a modified schedule this week starting on Wednesday evening.
Modifications are as follows:

We’re getting our squats in on Monday to knock them out before the ever (in)famous “Trainwreck” on Tuesday and annual kitchen-sink workout “Thanksgiving with the Girls” on Friday. This is our last set of waves at 8-6-4, we’ll drop down in reps and up in weight for the next two weeks before retesting our CrossFit total in mid-Dec.
