Welcome to the 5th week of our MidSummer Cycle! We’ve got back squats at a fun little leg burner on Monday, some running and high-level gymnastics on Tuesday, and a great squat clean complex on Thursday.
Remember that Mucho Fitness is on Saturday! Come out and support our teams after the 8:30am WOD! We’re canceling the 10am group class on Saturday so we can go out and cheer on our teams. Let’s get after it this week!
