Welcome to retest week! Now is the time to reap the benefits of all of the hard work we’ve put in on our Deadlifts and Presses over the past 6 weeks. We’ll test our Deadlift on Monday and our Shoulder Press on Tuesday. We’ll have some workouts with progressively more difficult movements/loads within the workout, as well as some primers for our next cycle. Bring your “A” game!
