We are heading into Week 2 of Open Prep. This week, we have some strength-specific sessions on Monday and Friday, barbell cycling on Monday and Wednesday, and gymnastics skill work on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. This cycle, we’ll focus on movements that regularly show up in the Open, as well as base-building and positional work to ensure that we’re ready when the Open starts on Feb 29!
