Welcome to Week 2 of Murph Prep!
Athletes who are planning to do Murph with a weight vest this year should consider donning their vest at least once per week to ensure they’re ready for Murph. This week, consider donning your vest for the running (and/or push-up) portion of Friday’s workout. You could also don your vest for today’s Tabata This! workout.
We’re testing our 1RM Push Jerk on Thursday and we have a nice big set of squats on Wednesday. We’re building volume to help get you ready for Murph and for life! 🙂
