Welcome to the final week of the PRVN Poseidon cycle. This week is test week! Time to put all of the hard work you’ve done over the past 7 weeks on your Deadlift, Back Squat, Strict Press, and Power Clean & Jerk to the test!
We’re also doing the May Strict Pull-Up Challenge– log as many strict pull-ups as you can in the month of May. This should help your Murph performance this year 🙂 If you don’t have strict pull-ups yet, grab a band or do a small number (3-5) negatives a day instead. Add a star on the star chart for each day you do pull-ups, and be sure to log your total pull-ups for each day in Chalk It Pro!
