This week we are continuing our progressions and adding in some work on the Back Squat, Snatch, and Bench Press. The focus this week will center around the Back Squat EMOM on Monday, our re-test of “DT” Wednesday, and then our high capacity full throttle style partner workout on Saturday. The overall flow of this week allows for a good amount of solid strength work, mixed time domains that range from short little burners to more mid-tier 20-25 minute workouts while allowing just enough recovery to tackle “Murph” on Monday.
Adam & Rachel’s sendoff is on Saturday– please note that there is no 9:45 Endurance WOD on Saturday– come join us for a scavenger hunt & snacks in celebration of our friends instead!
Be sure to sign up for a heat for Monday’s Murph! There are spots left in all heats at this point. We’ll start at 8:30am and run every :30 until everyone has had a chance to go.
