Welcome to Week 1 of Early Summer! We’ll spend the next several weeks developing strength with Back Squats, and explosive power with Power Cleans.
This will lead us into Front Squats and Squat Cleans next. We’ve got a fast and furious couplet on Wednesday, high-skill gymnastics paired with a heavier power clean on Monday and a fun Row/RMU couplet on Thursday.
