Welcome to Week 1 of our fresh new cycle. If you haven’t tested your CrossFit Total from last week, we recommend coming in to do it! We’ll retest it right before Christmas. Additionally, if you missed Friday’s 17.1 workout, we recommend taking that for a spin as well, as it will be retested at the same time. We want to build strength, and also make sure that our conditioning improves over time! 🙂
Look for a remembrance workout Monday, overhead squats on Tuesday, heavy in-workout power cleans and gymnastics Wednesday, and some fun couplets on Thursday & Friday. See you at the gym!
