Welcome to CrossFit Total Week! This week, we’ll be testing the CrossFit total on Wednesday. We’re modulating our intensity throughout most of the rest of the week to allow for that. The purpose of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are to move and get some work in. Friday, we’ll test the CrossFit Open benchmark 17.1. We’ll retest that when we retest the CrossFit total at the end of the year.
