Welcome to our penultimate week of Early Spring/Murph prep! We’re down to exactly two weeks until Memorial Day Murph (May 27 starting at 0800).
This week, we’ve got our Murph Prep workout scheduled for Wednesday– be sure to bring your vest if you plan to wear one during Murph.
After Murph, we’re headed into a Back Squat & Power Clean cycle (getting prepped for it now) to get us ready for a Front Squat & Squat Clean cycle following that. We’ll work over the summer on our Strict Press, Squats, and Deadlifts (and other pulling from the floor like Cleans) to get us ready for the semi-annual CrossFit Total around Labor Day.
This week, we’ve got a couple of the Age Group Semifinals workouts toward the end of the week. Should be a fun week of training.
