Welcome to our fall cycle! We’re going to continue building our base for the Open this cycle. Expect to see Open and Open-style workouts about every other week. Our strength focus this cycle will be mostly back squats, accompanied by accessory lifts and front squats. We’re also going to focus on higher-skill gymnastics movements and progressions as we approach the Open. Here’s to a great Fall!
